Cultivating connection with the land and each other.

Kinnikinnick Landing is a regenerative agritourism destination in the Okanagan, rooted in active agricultural land and guided by land-first principles.

Here, small gatherings, workshops, and retreat stays are shaped by the seasons, the soil, and the people who tend this place. We’re growing a space where land, story, and community meet gently.

Offerings

At the heart of Kinnikinnick Landing are two spaces, each named in the Syilx language and shaped for learning, gentle wellness, and community connection on active agricultural land.

Together, they reflect our commitment to land stewardship, cultural learning, and thoughtful hospitality.

“Gathering Place” in the Syilx language

Snullustn House is our botanical greenhouse gathering space for regenerative agritourism programming, cultural learning, and small, land-led community activities.

A luxurious hotel bedroom with a large bed decorated with patterned bedding and pillows. There are black bedside lamps, a wooden bench at the foot of the bed, a plush armchair near the window, and artwork hanging above the bed. The room features dark trim, textured walls, and a view of mountains outside.

“Auntie’s House” in the Syilx language

Swawasa House offers a small-scale bed-and-breakfast style stay. A warm, kin-like place to land, with breakfast included and space to slow down.

Gentle ways to be here

We’re slowly opening the doors to a range of small-scale offerings, including:

  • Land-led workshops and gatherings in Snullustn House

  • B&B and Intimate retreat stays rooted in Swawasa House

  • Agricultural and botanical learning experiences

  • Community experiences that honour culture, ecology, and food systems

Regenerative agritourism, not just a backdrop.

Our work is grounded in regenerative agritourism: experiences designed to support and restore the land rather than simply use it.

Programming is guided by experienced leadership, knowledge, and a commitment to low-impact hospitality that honours both the soil and the people connected to it.
