Upcoming Gatherings at Kinnikinnick
Morning Tea, Movement & Meditation in the Greenhouse at Kinnikinnick Landing (Snullustn; meaning gathering place)
Take a little time out of your day to slow down, recenter and reconnect with yourself. Sip tea, ground your feet, tune into your body and breathe in the warmth of Snullustn.
We’ll begin by choosing a tea grown here on the land, followed by slow, intentional movement guided by Danielle. From there, we’ll move into a grounding meditation and somatic tuning, creating space to settle the body, reset the nervous system and restore balance.
Stepping foot into the tropical greenhouse brings instant peace.
Join Danielle as she shares her knowledge and experiences through a series of meditations over in the warmth of the greenhouse over the cold months.
Come take your shoes off, ground, sip tea, and be with nature.
Every Monday & Wednesday
Starting September 28th
Time: 10:00am - 11:00am
Fee: By donation
An evening of ambient music, creativity, and quiet connection.
Listening Garden is an evening gathering of ambient improvised music, creativity, and quiet connection, nestled within the lush tropical greenhouse at Kinnickinnick Landing.
Every day we take in an incredible amount of information; notifications, conversations, responsibilities, opinions. The output or expression of what we take in is an essential part of the listening cycle. Creativity gives us a chance to respond to everything we've absorbed, allowing thoughts, emotions, and ideas to move through us rather than remain bottled up.
This is your invitation to slow down and let that process unfold.
Friday October 16th
Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Fee: $25
