Guided practices, journaling, and optional sharing create a container where being witnessed matters more than speaking, and where connection can unfold without pressure.

This first gathering gently lays the foundation for the journey ahead: a space rooted in care, authenticity, and permission—to soften, to be held, and to reconnect with what you need.
