Bannock & Jam Canning Series with Aunty Krystal

Join Aunty Krystal at Kinnikinnick Landing for a hands-on evening of seasonal food, outdoor learning, and conversation.

This series is an opportunity to spend time together, make bannock, enjoy seasonal jam, and learn the basics of preserving what is available from the land and garden at that time of year.

Morning Tea, Movement & Meditation in the Greenhouse at Kinnikinnick Landing (Snullustn; meaning gathering place)

A time to ground and balance during the fall equinox when both day and night are equal, both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres receive roughly equal amounts of sunlight and darkness on this day.

First we will choose our tea grown from our land, Danielle will guide you through slow movements, followed by a grounding and balancing meditation. We will also spend our time with somatic tuning, resetting our energies and nervous systems.

Stepping foot into the tropical greenhouse brings instant peace.

Danielle will share her knowledge and experiences through a series of meditations over in the warmth of the greenhouse over the cold months.

Come take your shoes off, ground, sip tea, and be with nature.
