Whether reserved as a private retreat home or booked by the room, Swawasa offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, a dedicated creative workspace, and warm communal areas designed for connection — all nestled in a tranquil setting rooted in land and open sky.

Sun Room

Our main-floor suite and heart of the house. Bathed in natural light, the Sun Room offers warmth, spaciousness, and grounding energy — ideal for those who love morning light and easy access to shared spaces.
