Facilitator: Amanda Wallace
April 1, 2026 | 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Snullustn Greenhouse 3683 Berard Rd
Honour Grandmother Moon through story and sound - an evening to release, reflect, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
A Guided Experience of Storytelling, Sound & Sacred Cycles
Join us for an intimate and heart-led Full Moon ritual guided by Amanda (Wahkohtowin Sipy), a Two-Spirit Cree/Métis woman whose work is rooted in storytelling, ancestral teachings, and connection to the land.
This evening is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and realign with the natural cycles of life. Together, we will honour Grandmother Moon and the phases we move through—individually and collectively—through story, sound, and ceremony.
What to Expect
The experience will unfold in a gentle, intentional flow:
Storytelling for the Full Moon
Rattle Cleansing
Sacred Circle Creation
Drumming Journey
Closing & Integration
About the Practice
Amanda’s offerings are guided by the principle of wahkohtowin—interconnectedness. Her stories and ceremonies are rooted in the teachings passed down from her Nohkum, honouring the importance of timing, patience, and the natural rhythm of life.
Each gathering aligns with the lunar cycle and seasonal teachings. For example, March is known as the Goose Moon in Cree culture—a time of renewal, migration, and sacred transition.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothing
Water bottle
An open heart and mind
